Systems for life insurance products - Development and support

Česká pojišťovna is a universal insurance company with a 190-year rich tradition of providing life and non-life insurance. After restoring the competitive environment in 1991, it remains the largest insurer on the Czech insurance market. Česká pojišťovna manages more than seven million insurance contracts and its market share in the Czech Republic exceeds 20%.

Součástí implementace je plná integrace systému AZOR do aplikační infrastruktury zákazníka, kromě jiného LDAP, DMS, DWH, komunikační kanály včetně centrální správy šablon a tisků. Podařilo se nám tímto vytvořit sjednocující platformu pro produkty, které nejsou vedené v standartním core systému pro životní pojištění a provést konsolidaci a modernizaci původních aplikací. Současně jsme umožnili výrazně zkrátit Time to market produktových inovací a přispěli ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti České pojišťovny.

Our focus on technical innovation in the field of rapid development and long-term pioneering work with APEX technology at Česká pojišťovna brought its fruit. We have successfully implemented the AZOR system and reimplemented and improved the functionality so far of 8 applications for managing and recording short-term life insurance products originally built using obsolete / unsupported technologies (DOS technology, MS Excel, MS Access). Implementation includes full integration of AZOR into customer application infrastructure, including LDAP, DMS, DWH, communication channels including central administration of templates and prints. We have succeeded in creating a unifying platform for products that are not run in the standard core life insurance system and to consolidate and modernize original applications. At the same time, we have made it possible to significantly reduce the time to market of product innovations and have contributed to increasing Česká pojišťovna's competitiveness.
