GDPR - impact analysis

ČSOB provides its services to all client segments, i.e. individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises, corporate and institutional clients. In Retail Banking in the Czech Republic the Bank operates under its trademarks - ČSOB (Branches), Era (Financial Centers) and Poštovní spořitelna (Czech Post Post Office). ČSOB offers its customers a wide range of banking products and services, including products and services of other CSOB Group companies.

Privacy and client data protection is an absolute priority for ČS, which approaches the upcoming GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) regulation with the highest respect nad responsibility. GDPR has high demands on the manageability of the way to work with sensitive data, and its implementation requires the application of a number of process and technology measures throughout the Bank's information system ecosystem. RAVENTIA specializes in this issue and is involved in a comprehensive project aimed at ensuring the Bank's excellent readiness for the effective date of this EU regulation.
